You will be able to install the Sharperlight Add-in using Company Portal. Below are the steps in installing the add-in and setting up the configuration.
- Open up Company Portal from the start menu
- Click on the Apps button
- Scroll down until you see the Sharperlight 5.1 application & click on the app
- Click on the Install button
- Once installed go to the Sharperlight folder in the start menu and click on Client Set up
- To configure Shareperlight connection…
- Expand remote connections, and click on Remote Data Model (001)
- In the right hand Pane set the following two attributes.
- Connection > Enable = True
- Connection Details > Server Name = az-uk-sapapp01
- Click Test, if successful click OK for the speed test.
- Click OK to close
- Open Excel and there should be a Sharperlight Tab (If you do not see the tab close Excel, open up the Sharperlight folder 5.1 in the start menu and click on Install Excel Add-in)
- Click into the Sharperlight tab
- Click on Login
- Guest / No password
- Click on Tables
The add-in is now ready to use
