If you are signed into your email account using webmail and whish to open up shared mailboxes you have access, there are 2 ways to open these up.
Option 1
In Outlook Webmail Click on the Account Image/Initials (Top Right Corner)
Select 'Open Shared Mailbox'
Enter the mailbox email address
A new tab will open with the shared mailbox
Option 2
In Outlook Webmail right click on Folders on the left side and click on Add Shared Folder
Type in the email address in the popup box
You will now see a separate inbox at the bottom of the left pane.
