To change your O365 password on your laptop please follow the below steps:
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL on your laptop
- Select Change password
- A O365 webpage will now open up and ask for your old password & new password, Click Submit once entered
- Once changed on the same webpage you will be prompted to sign in with your new password and enter you MFA code
- Make sure you are connected to Global protect VPN the set the new password to unlock the laptop by pressing the (Windows Icon + L) and unlock with your new password.
Your O365 password has now been changed and updated to unlock your laptop.
