If you notice that your emails are not syncing correctly within the Outlook Mobile application on your phone you can try the below steps to reset the sync settings on the app.
- Open up the Outlook app
- Swipe right & tap on the cog icon (at the bottom of the screen)
- Tap your Audio Network O365 Account
- Scroll down and tap Reset Account
- This will force shutdown the outlook app, open it up again and it should start resyncing the emails
If this is still causing an issue you will need to remove and re-add the account
Follow the above steps again and tap Delete Account & then re-add your O365 account
