Set/Reset Voicemail PIN in 8x8

To set or change your 8x8 Voicemail PIN please follow the below steps:

• Open 8x8 Work application 
• Select the settings cog icon at the bottom left of the 8x8 navigation bar.
• Choose Voicemail from the settings menu.
• Click on "Go to main voicemail settings". This will open in your web browser.
• Sign in with your emails address & select 'Login with Organization' if prompted
• Under Voicemail Settings next to Voicemail access PIN select Reset Access PIN
• Enter your new PIN
• Click Save
