Importing Outlook Contacts

8x8 Work allows you to import contacts from your Outlook profile with a few clicks, follow the instructions below to learn how.

• Click on the 'Contacts' tab from the 8x8 Client and then navigate to the 'My Contacts' tab.

• Click the add contacts icon located on the bottom right of the window and select 'Import from 3rd party'

• Click on the button 'Outlook app contacts sync'

• Select which Outlook profile you want to import contacts from, then click 'OK' to finish.
