From time to time you will be prompted to sign into the 8x8 Work app on your computer or mobile phone. This is a security measure; if you are working out of the office you may also be prompted for 2-Step Authentication. This is to confirm you are the right person to sign into this account.
When you log in enter your current email address (without the dot) & click the Continue button
Click on Login with Organisation
In the next window enter your Office 365 email address, password & MFA code if prompted
