If you find that your shared mailboxes are not syncing emails within the outlook application please follow the below steps to help with this issue.
Uncheck Download Shared Folders
- Choose the File tab in the ribbon.
- Choose Account Settings, then select Account Settings from the menu.
- Select the Email tab.
- Make sure the correct account is highlighted, then choose Change.
- Choose More Settings > Advanced Tab > Uncheck the "Download shared folders" > Ok > Next > Done
- Close Outlook and open it up again.
Repeat The above steps & this time check the tick box "Download shared folders"
Close & reopen Outlook
