Cannot login to laptop - 'New User'

When logging into your laptop you may only see  "New User" on the login screen with no option to enter an email address and password.

Please follow the below steps in resolving this issue.

1. Shutdown the laptop, unplug the charger and leave it 30 seconds
2. Start the laptop back up, should now see the option for 'Other User' (You may need to repeat step 1 a few times until you see the 'Other User' Option)
3. Click on this, click on the key icon and sign back in with email address and password
