From time to time, when connecting to the network using a VPN the mapped drives can become disconnected as drives generally try to map when you log on to a machine, and when working outside of the office you are not connected to the network for the drive to map.
An alternative method is to Pin the drives to your Quick access pane on Windows Explorer.
- Open Windows Explorer
- In the address bar enter the relevant address
- \\uk-nas-02\ComposerSpace
- \\uk-nas-02\MasterVersions
- Click on Home & Click Pin to Quick Access
