Installing Sharperlight 7.3 Add-In for Excel

You will be able to install the Sharperlight Add-in using Company Portal. Below are the steps in installing the add-in and setting up the configuration.

• Open up Company Portal from the start menu
• Click on the Apps button
• Scroll down until you see the Sharperlight 7.3 application & click on the app
• Click on the Install button
• Once installed go to the Sharperlight folder in the start menu and click on Client Set up
• To configure Shareperlight connection…
  • Expand remote connections, and click on Remote Data Model (001)
  • In the right hand Pane set the following.
    • Connection 
      • Enable = True
    • Attributes
      • Description = New Server
    • Connection Details 
      • Protocol = Https
      • Port Number = 443
      • Connection Timeout = 3600
      • Server Name = audionetwork-sharperlight.sapphire-cloud.net

• Click Test, if successful click OK for the speed test.
• Click Yes to Disable Local Connections
• Click OK to close

• Open Excel and there should be a Sharperlight Tab (If you do not see the tab close Excel, open up the Sharperlight folder 5.1 in the start menu and click on Install Excel Add-in)
  • Click into the Sharperlight tab
  • Click on Login
    • Guest / No password
  • Click on Tables

The add-in is now ready to use
